PERMITTING SERVICES

Proper planning for any project ensures high-quality results.

During the permitting process, we:

Establish detailed site information, including required plot plans, elevations and sign connection details.
Verify code compliance.
Check shop drawings and submittals for accuracy, completeness and required landlord authorizations.
Implement management control of permit submittal and retrieval activities.
Prepare and implement subcontract agreements.

ON-SITE SURVEYS

Visit jobsite to accurately measure plot, elevations, interior dimensions and existing sign information.
Take photographs (either 35mm or digital) of existing and surrounding signage.
Incorporate photograph angles and locations onto drawings.
Prepare and implement subcontract agreements.

CODE RESEARCH

Retrieve jobsite address to determine location jurisdiction.
Search municipality to determine requirements for:
     general sign code compliance
     zoning and land use regulations
     necessary structural and/or footing engineering
     design overlay districts
     other information, including design or historic review applications

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Remove and/or install new or replacement faces and tenant panels into existing signage.
Install and/or remove new or existing awnings.
Install and/or remove new or existing temporary banners.
Remove and/or install new or replacement exterior and interior signage.
Plug-in signs installed without the need for permits.
Clean existing signage.
Night photos of existing signage.
